Our comprehensive HACCP plans ensure that all hazards associated with the processing of raw meat that leaves our company reaches our customer with the highest level of safety and quality.

Microbiological Interventions
Each product that leaves our facility meats with a minimum of one intervention designed to reduce and eliminate harmful bacteria during the shelf-life of the product. Combine with our strict sanitation program; these interventions help us to maximize the shelf-life of our products without compromising on quality.

Third Party Audits
We are audited annually by Silliker Auditing Services. These audits provide an impartial 3rd party view of our production facility and food safety practices to our customers. Aries has consistently maintained a 3rd party audit score of 96% or higher. Annual Audit Reports are available for our customers upon request.
